Certifications

Environmental permits · ISO · Halal · BPOM · SNI

We help you obtain product certifications and business permits — mandatory SNI, ISO, Halal, BPOM food and cosmetics registration and more — so your products can legally enter the Indonesian market.

Manufacturing, importing or selling products in Indonesia often requires environmental permits, Halal certification, BPOM registration or SNI marks — without them you cannot legally start production or put products on the shelf. We know each regulator's process and review points, help you plan certifications early, minimise back-and-forth and shorten the time to certificate.

FAQ

Is BPOM registration mandatory for imported food?
Yes. Pre-packaged food and beverages must hold a BPOM registration number (ML for imports) before they can be sold in Indonesia.
Is Halal certification compulsory?
Indonesia is phasing in mandatory Halal certification for food, beverages and other categories. Contact us to confirm the scope and deadlines that apply to you.
Which products require SNI?
Indonesia enforces mandatory SNI for product groups such as electronics, building materials, toys, tyres and some food-contact materials; without an SPPT-SNI they cannot be imported or sold. The list follows current Ministry of Industry rules — we confirm it against your HS codes.
How long does an environmental permit take?
SPPL is quick; UKL-UPL typically takes 1–3 months; AMDAL can take longer depending on project scale.
