HR Outsourcing

Recruitment · Payroll · BPJS · Training

Complete human-resources services: recruitment and headhunting, employee training, compensation design and social-security (BPJS) administration.

Indonesian labour law sets clear rules on contract types, minimum wages, overtime, the religious holiday allowance (THR) and social security (BPJS), and mistakes quickly lead to disputes. We provide an end-to-end HR outsourcing solution — recruitment, employment contracts, payroll and BPJS reporting — so you can build and manage a local team compliantly and cost-effectively.

FAQ

What social security applies in Indonesia?
Mainly BPJS Kesehatan (health) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (work accident, old age, death and unemployment). Employer and employee contribute in set proportions and the company must register its staff.
What is THR?
The religious holiday allowance. Employers must pay eligible employees an allowance equal to one month's salary before their religious holiday.
Can we outsource only payroll and BPJS?
Yes. The scope is modular — payroll and BPJS administration alone is a common arrangement.
