Tax & Accounting

Bookkeeping · Tax filing · Tax planning · Audit

Outsourced accounting, tax compliance and planning that keep your company compliant, optimise your tax position and reduce operating costs.

From the day it is established, an Indonesian company must file monthly (SPT Masa) and annual (SPT Tahunan) tax returns — even with no revenue, nil returns are mandatory and late filing incurs penalties. We provide fully outsourced finance: bookkeeping, monthly filings, annual reconciliation, tax planning and audit support, delivered by a bilingual accounting team that knows Indonesian tax law, so you can focus on the business.

FAQ

My company has no business yet — do I still need to file?
Yes. Filing obligations start as soon as the tax number is issued. Nil returns must be filed on time or penalties apply.
When do I need to register as PKP?
Registration is mandatory once annual turnover exceeds the statutory threshold; you can also register voluntarily earlier if customers need VAT invoices. We advise the right timing for your business.
How are outsourced accounting fees calculated?
Monthly fees are based on volume — number of transactions, headcount, PKP status and so on. Contact us for a quotation.
